Not every problem needs a workshop visit. Software issues, virus infections, email setup, slow performance, and many configuration problems can be diagnosed and fixed remotely — we connect to your computer with your permission, you watch what we're doing, and most sessions resolve the issue on the spot. Available for both PC and Mac, anywhere in Denmark, not just Frederiksberg and Copenhagen.

Standard diagnostics are free (2–4 days), or express for 600 kr (1–2 hours) — the same pricing model as our in-person repairs, since remote diagnostics work the same way.

  • Network and WiFi issues (where not hardware-related)
  • Setting up automated cloud backup solutions (configuration only — recovering data from an already-failed drive requires physical access, see our Data Backup & Recovery page for that)
What we can't fix remotely: Anything requiring physical access — screen replacement, battery replacement, hardware repairs. Bring those into the workshop or ask about our on-site visit service.

Standard diagnostics are free (2–4 days), or express for 600 kr (1–2 hours) — with repair and delivery within 24 hours if no special parts need ordering. You get a fixed quote before we start, always.

FAQ

Common questions

Can remote support fix a completely unresponsive computer?
No — remote support requires the computer to at least boot and connect to the internet. Unresponsive devices need in-person diagnostics.
Is remote support available outside normal business hours?
Standard hours apply unless otherwise arranged — contact us to check.
Is remote support secure?
Yes, we connect only with your explicit permission using a standard remote-access tool, and you can see everything happening on your screen throughout.
Do you offer remote support outside Copenhagen?
Yes, remote support is available anywhere in Denmark.
What if the problem turns out to be hardware, not software?
We'll tell you during the remote session, and you can then bring the device in or book an on-site visit.
Can you set up cloud backup for me remotely?
Yes — configuring an automated backup solution is a software setup task we can do remotely. Note this is different from data recovery: if a drive has already failed and you need to recover data from it, that requires physical access to the device.
