How much does a repair cost?
Standard diagnostics are 300 kr incl. VAT (2–4 days), or express for 600 kr incl. VAT (1–2 hours). You'll always get a fixed quote before any repair work starts, so there are no surprises.
How long does a repair take?
Many repairs are completed the same day, especially with express diagnostics. More involved repairs depend on parts availability.
Do you serve businesses as well as individuals?
Yes — alongside device repair, we offer fixed-price IT service agreements for businesses, including unlimited support, monitoring, and security. See our Business IT page for details.
Where are you located?
Falkoner Allé 108, st. th., Frederiksberg. We serve Frederiksberg and Copenhagen directly, plus the rest of Denmark via remote support for IT service agreements.
